4. Organize room to enable learning
5. Check email
6. Create powerpoint for the day
7. Attend meeting
8. Direct teach first 5 minutes of class to explain activity and expectations
9. Start students on activity
10. Take attendance
11. Monitor activity
12. Grab students failing class and create plans for getting work done or turning work in
13. Field questions about topic
14. Field questions not about the topic
15. Redirect students to the task
16. Assess students, give a numerical grade
17. Remind students of assignments, announcements and due dates for tomorrow
18. Change teaching based on first class
19. Direct teach first 5 minutes of class to explain activity and expectations
20. Start students on activity
21. Take attendance
22. Monitor activity
23. Field questions about topic
24. Field questions not about the topic
